Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We aim to ship products out within 24 hours in most cases. 

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and carrier rates.

Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery times vary by carrier and destination and are not guaranteed. Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping services, weather, or other events outside our control.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.
