Refund policy

We accept returns/refunds only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

  • MYSTERY ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

To request a replacement or refund:
Email us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Accidental orders

  • Preference changes

  • Normal wear from use

  • Minor cosmetic flaws that do not affect readability
